I know a lot of paranoid mothers out there about the sun. It is good to always put some sun shield on your kids before taking them out in the sun. Our Sun is not as healthy as it is years and years ago. Uv rays are so harmful and I even heard kids getting skin cancer. (more…)

Tiny Bubbles put to the test!

Alright guys, I have tested my own Might Environmental Detergent on my most prone to have build up diapers with my own normal routine wash for diapers and it can last for about 3 weeks before the build up gets bad and I have to strip them with the dish detergent again. Graham Bear Wear- Sneak Preview!

More Woolies Woolies Woolies!!

The new batch of Wool Longies is arriving in the next 2 weeks! They are hand made by recycled wool and as usual, extremely soft for your baby. I chose these which has more designs for boy unlike the Lucky Penny Pants that I have. I know some of you were asking. These are also more affordable since they are not embellished. Baby Shampoo Hitting our Shelves Soon

There is a label from Australia call Arthur Lawrence. He created a range of natural skin care for adults many years ago and shared it only with his friends and families. I have been using it for many years and needless to say, I have lovely skin. :) So I found out that he has a range made for babies as well. So I jumped at the opportunity to try it on my kids as I know his products are made with no chemicals which can be harmful for the human body this includes our precious baby.

I posted an article before this about the dangers in chemicals found in baby products. Baby requires very little care for their skin as their skin is very pure. The more stuff you put on them, the faster you are destroying it. Please read the article here. (more…)

Baby Shampoo and Lotions

I will be writing an article about a new shampoo I will be selling for infants and toddlers, stay tuned.

CHICAGO —  Baby shampoos, lotions and powders may expose infants to chemicals that have been linked with possible reproductive problems, a small study suggests.

The chemicals, called phthalates, are found in many ordinary products including cosmetics, toys, vinyl flooring and medical supplies. They are used to stabilize fragrances and make plastics flexible.

In the study, they were found in elevated levels in the urine of babies who’d been recently shampooed, powdered or lotioned with baby products. (more…)

Help Haiti with Love

Tzu Chi USA established an emergency coordination center and initiates a nationwide fundraising campaign on January 16 and 17.
The 7.0 magnitude earthquake that struck Haiti on January 12 has caused catastrophic damages and casualties in the country, especially in the country’s capital, Port-au-Prince. Tzu Chi USA headquarters immediatelyestablished an emergency coordination center to respond to the needs in Haiti. On January 13, meetings were held with Tzu Chi global headquarters, Tzu Chi USA’s regional directors throughout the nation, as well as other humanitarian organizations.

Tzu Chi global headquarters, Taiwan, has initiated a global fundraising campaign to deliver the love from people around the globe to the affected people in Haiti. To kick off the global fundraising campaign, Tzu Chi volunteers in the US will hold a nationwide street fundraiser on January 16 and 17. (more…)
